Red Wine 2500gr

Caster Sugar 250gr

n. 2 Lemon Peel

n. 1 Orange Peel

n. 2 Cinnamon Sticks

n. 1 Apple

n. 4 Cloves

n. 2 Star Anis

Cointreau 50ml

Preparation

01.

Cut the apple in quarters and insert one cloves in each.

02.

Pour the red wine and the cointreau in the Lola bowl.

03.

Add the sugar and the spices.

04.

Use the citrus peel carefully removing the white bitter part.

05.

Switch on the Lola and set it at 60°C! The perfect temperature to heat your heart!

06.

TIPS: for a lighter version, once hot, the alcohol can be burned….but you need to pay a lot of attention!!!
