Mix all the powdered ingredients
Mix the milk with the hazelnut paste
Mix in the powderd ingredients with the liquids sing a stick blender
Fill up the bowl and start the machine selecting 90°C of temperature
After 45-60 minutes the Hot chocolate will be cooked and thick; decrease the temperature knob to the desired serving temperature (55-60°C suggested)
Serve with a whipped cream topping
