Half skimmed Milk 2000gr
Caster sugar 100gr
Ice cream base 100 150gr
Strawberry puree 500gr
Preparation
01.
Mix all the powdered ingredients
02.
Mix the milk with the strawberry puree
03.
Mix in the powderd ingredients with the liquids sing a stick blender
04.
Rest the base for at least 15 minutes and then blend again
05.
Load the machine following the instruction and start in production mode
